For edited, final manuscripts only. I use Vellum and can provide a .pdf for print publishing and multiple formats for ebook publishing.
Paperback (all standard industry sizes)
Up to 300 pp $150 flat rate
301 pp – 400 pp $250 flat rate
401 pp – 600pp $400 flat rate
(Note: Manuscripts longer than 600 pp will be formatted at an hourly rate of $75/hr. beyond the $500 flat rate.)
Kindle ebook $75/hr.
